Cell Preparation Tube (CPT)
Collecting blood from the human body and isolating single nuclear cells is the first step in many in vitro experiments. The currently recognized method is the Ficoll Hypaque centrifuge method. When the number of samples is large, the method of gradually adding the anticoagulant Ficoll Hypaque to the centrifuge tube is time-consuming with high risk of cross contamination.
Mononuclear Cell Preparation Tube (CPT Tube) adds built-in Ficoll Hypaque, anticoagulant and separation gel design. Can easily isolated lymphocytes and mononuclear cells from the whole blood separated by one-step centrifugation with specialized cells separation gel. Mainly used in lymphocyte immune function detection, HLA or residual leukemia gene detection and immune cell therapy, to provide one-step extraction of mononuclear cells standardized method for the preparation of clinical diagnostic specimens and cell immunotherapy.

One-step separating cells, can save time and simplify the process of isolating mononuclear cells in peripheral blood (centrifugation for 10 minutes), processing more samples in limited time to improve efficiency and output.
One-time use of vacuum collection and separation can be used as an in vitro diagnosis to minimize the experimental variation in the density gradient separation method.
One-step separation method and a closed vacuum blood collection system reduce the sample contamination and avoid the risk of exposure to dangerous blood (TB detection, HIV testing...).
The recovery rate of single mononuclear cell is above 90%, the purity is above 95%, and the survival rate is over 99%.
